Patient Access
You can use this to gain access to your medical records or order your prescription online.
Disabled Patients
We have an entrance ramp for our wheelchair-bound patients. Please ask for further assistance if required. Please let the Receptionist know of any special requirements when booking your appointment.
Interpreting Service
If English is not your first language and you will need an interpreter present at your consultation, please let us know. We will book the first available appointment with the interpreting service on your behalf and inform you by telephone of the date and time once booked. Please ask at Reception if you would like us to provide you with information leaflets in other languages.
Letters And Forms
If you require a letter from us or a form to be filled, kindly contact our reception team.
Please note that some letters may incur a charge. Letters requested will usually be ready within 28 working days.
Violence/Abuse
Please be aware that patients who become violent or abusive will be removed from the Practice list.
