Please note that employers do not require a sick note for the first 7 days of illness and you can fill in a self certification form.
Doctors do not provide sick notes unless they have seen a patient. However if you have already received a sick note from our doctors and need to be covered for a further period you can request this over the phone and may not need a further doctors appointment.
Please note we do not provide letters confirming attendance at appointments which may be asked for by schools etc but we are happy to provide you with a stamped appointment slip and for any organisation to contact us for further information.
