The practice is now able to send prescriptions electronically to a pharmacy of your choice. Ask at reception for details.
Repeat prescription requests can also be left at Reception in the prescription box.
We also accept faxed requests.
Please clearly state your name and address and the items you require, including strengths and dosages, or hand in your printed request sheet and tick the items you require.
You can also request your prescription by post by including a stamped, addressed envelope with your request. PLEASE ALLOW A MINIMUM OF TWO WORKING DAYS FOR YOUR REQUEST TO BE REVIEWED AND PROCESSED BY THE CLINICAL TEAM.
Please be aware that if you are requesting a medication not on your repeat list, the clinician may ask to review you first.
